Building on a comprehensive understanding of the upstream business from frontier basin screening studies to refinery gate, Roger combines the rare suite of core strengths that country managers need in order to build and sustain a business with an outstanding track record of getting things done in challenging environments. These core strengths include high-level relationship management and advocacy; risk management and governance; and leadership and people development. Roger is able to summarise highly complex issues into clear messages that engage stakeholders, build reputation and create the space to drive the business forward, even in politically complex, insecure locations.
